Installation of unvented hot water cylinder.
Cold water storage tank and existing vented hot water cylinder were removed, converting the low pressure system to mains pressure. Freeing up the storage space in the airing cupboard and supplying high pressure hot and cold to all taps and showers.
Complete kitchen installation with integrated dishwasher.
Partial bathroom refurbishment.
The existing suite was kept however the bathroom was completely retiled, and a removable slate worktop and shower screen were installed.
Bespoke tap change.
Downstairs WC, new tiling, toilet and hand basin.
